Marc Israel



Marc is the President of MiT National Land Services, as well as the founder of its sister company the National Law Institute (NLI).  After graduating from Duke Law School in 1987, he practiced law in New York City for 17 years, including stints at the firms Milbank Tweed, Olshan Grundman, and Bachner Tally.  In 2004, he brought his many years of experience as an attorney to the title industry where he has closed billions of dollars of transactions for his attorney, developer, and lender clients.  Marc has also taken a leading role in the industry as an educator, teaching classes to thousands of attorneys, brokers, and title professionals, and is one of only a few people accredited by New York State to teach title insurance licensing classes.   His reputation as one of the most respected executives in the industry is well-earned.

Gary Thorsen

Chief Title Officer


Gary is the first, and quite often the last, person to touch any title report at MiT.  As such, he is the go-to person to identify and clear any title matter either at the time the report is produced, during the clearance process, or at the closing table. Gary's unique blend of deep title knowledge, an eye toward making problems go away, and a winning style with people make him a client favorite.  As the owner of his own title agency for many years before joining MiT, he has earned a well-deserved reputation as one of the best in the business.

Simona Rosen - Custodio Marte

National Commercial Underwriter


Simona is an industry veteran with a well-earned reputation as one of the finest national commercial coordinators in the country.  Whether she is working on a $1+ billion, multi-state, multi-parcel transaction, or a single property in any of the 50 states, her deep knowledge and attention to detail make her a client favorite. She heads up the National Commercial Division at MiT.

Alec Dadisman

Business Operations Manager


Alec is the Client Services Manager of MIT National Land Services and the Senior Director of its sister company, National Law Institute. Alec grew up in the South and attended Georgia Southern University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Management. In 2011, she earned her Master's degree from Georgia State University. After moving to New York, she worked for SoulCycle and Lululemon before joining the MIT Team in 2014.

Drew Cox

Senior Clearance Officer


Drew is a detail oriented clearance officer whose stock in trade is to always be ahead of any title issues and to keep the client in the loop.  From the moment a title report is produced, Drew is proactively working on clearing issues so when the parties gear up to close 30 or 60 days later they find that Drew has already cleared everything for them. 

Damion Noel

Senior Clearance Officer


An industry veteran, Damion is one of the first people at MiT to see every file.  As the primary person who analyzes the title abstract on every deal when the title report is being produced, he decides what belongs in Schedule B of the report.   And then in his role as title officer he works closely with the parties to clear any of those open issues in Schedule B.

Amy Wang

Closing Department Supervisor


Amy is the warm and engaging voice on the other end of the phone assuring a client that everything will close smoothly the next morning on the closing that the client forgot to call in until the night before.  She runs the day-to-day operations of the Closing Desk and works closely with MiT’s clients and the various parties on the deal to ensure an easy closing process for everyone.

Maria D'Alessandro

Recording Department Supervisor


Maria is a jack-of-all-trades with an encyclopedic knowledge base of the various esoteric recording requirements, taxes, and fees in every county in New York as well as state specific rules all over the country.  She heads up MiT’s Recording Department.

Gina Fidacaro

Escrow and Post - Closing Supervisor


Gina is a veteran title professional who has not only worked in, but run, practically every department in a title company.  At MiT, she heads up both our Escrow and Post-Closing Departments.

Lily Tam

Applications Supervisor


Lily is a whirlwind of activity who springs into action when a new title is ordered, and shepherds and prods it along the way to make sure it gets out to the client quickly and efficiently.   With two decades of experience and warm relationships with MiT’s search vendors and surveyors, she uses those relationships to get things done quickly for MiT’s clients.

Granit Lajqi

Title Production


A native of Prishtina, Kosovo, Granit is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology where he received a degree in Management and Media.  He works closely with other members of the Production Team creating Title Reports and Title Commitments.

Ryan Cordill

Texas Title Manager


A native Houstonian, Ryan learned the value of collaboration and hard work as a collegiate lacrosse player, and has carried those lessons into his career in real estate. After starting off in investment sales, he transitioned to the title insurance side of the industry, where he works closely with his clients to provide top tier service by going above and beyond what is expected. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys golfing, fishing, cooking, and coaching high school lacrosse, as well as volunteering for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a member of the Breeders Greeters committee.

Alon Steiner

National Sales Director


With 20 years of experience, Alon is a veteran title insurance professional. He has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions ranging from single-family homes to large multi-family and commercial properties in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Texas, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio, Kansas, Kentucky and California. His personal touch, knowledge of the real estate market and extensive national network of real estate professionals has made him an invaluable asset to his attorney, investor, lender and broker clients.

Roy Fenichel

Director, Business Development


Roy is an experienced title professional whose legal acumen and client focus have been key to MIT’s growth. As the National Law Institute's Director of CLE Programming, he is at the forefront of thought leadership for New York and New Jersey attorneys. Roy is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, holds a law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and graduated from Syracuse University.

Stephanie Lenti

Director, Business Development


Stephanie has been one of the leading producers in the title insurance industry for the past 10 years.  She has developed strong relationships with many of New York’s top real estate brokers, attorneys and lenders. She has the insight to foster relationships by adding value through introductions that result in transactions. Stephanie’s advanced degrees in economics and vast knowledge of real estate has made her one of the most sought after speakers, organizers, and teachers of real estate to the brokerage community.

Luis "Berto" Antuñano

Director, Business Development


Berto began his career as a real estate broker and loan officer in his native Boston. After achieving Rookie of the Year, Diamond Club Member status, and being ranked in the Top 10 out of 75,000 executives nationwide, Berto was tapped to open and manage three offices for his company in the Boston area.  Following his dream to move to New York, Berto pivoted to the title insurance end of the real estate business where he quickly found success working closely with his broker, lender and attorney clients.

August Wolf

Commercial Business Development


After a successful career in fixed income credit and CMBS, Augie transitioned his focus, energy and expertise to the title business. His knowledge of capital markets, commercial real estate expertise, and wide personal network make him an invaluable resource for our team. In 2019-2020 August was involved in two of the largest refinancings in the world office market. “Excellence is Mundane” is a motto that got August to the Olympic Games; Today it’s about going above and beyond everyday for his clients. Augie is an honors graduate of Princeton University, and a Founder of U.S. Athletic Trust, a non-profit lobbying for reform of the American Olympic sport system.

Daniel Czech

Director, Business Development


Daniel brings unique skills and background to the title insurance industry.  Prior to getting into the title business, Dan was a Professor and Program Director at Georgia Southern University (GSU).  He  earned his PhD in Performance Psychology at the University of Tennessee, and worked as an envoy ambassador for Major League Baseball. For the past 20 years, Dan has assisted in the psychological development of numerous professional golf, football and baseball players in the PGA, NFL and MLB.    

Marcela Medici


Marcela is a native of Brazil, where she studied Biology in college and then received her Master's degree in Micro-Immunology.  She moved to New York, where a first job in real estate found her intrigued and excited by the field.

Alan Doran

Alan brings over 25 years of title insurance experience to his business development role, having served as general counsel and senior executive for two national title underwriters. After graduating from law school in 1993, he practiced real estate law and served as a title agent before assuming his general counsel and executive positions. Alan has supervised thousands of transactions from single-family homes to large commercial properties. His extensive experience, persistence and knowledge allow him to be an advocate and asset for his investor, attorney and lender clients. In his spare time, he enjoys running a charity dedicated to assisting families with critically ill children, golfing and spending time with his family.

Micah Curtis

Associate, Business Development


A Denver native, Micah developed her work ethic as a junior Olympic volleyball, and later collegiate, player.  When she moved to New York, she found a city that could match her ambitions, and made a name for herself in the real estate business as a credit expert.   She later transitioned to the title insurance end of the industry where she works closely with her lender, attorney and developer clients.

Ron Greschner

Associate, Business Development


Ron came to New York from his native Canada in 1974 as a high draft choice of the New York Rangers.  After playing for the Rangers for 16 years he took the skills he utilized on the hockey rink to the business world as a title insurance executive.   His relationships with the top developers, bankers, attorneys and others from his more than 40 years in New York have made Ron a valued resource to his clients and a key member of the MiT team.
